How to Deal With Trauma in a Healthy Way

I think this is important. I mean, one of my friends uncovered some sexual trauma that she had had and found herself feeling pretty destabilized by it. And then I really love the book, No Bad Parts by, it's a book on internal family systems. It's a way of thinking about how to conceptualize the part of yourself that has been traumatized,. The parts of yourself that are defending yourself in order to stay functioning.
