The Importance of Honesty in Conflict
We have these two things in us. Let's say we aspire to the ideal and then some other part of us can't live up to that. So what we are prone to do is take the second part, the part that can't living up to it and project it onto other people. Once you have that, there will be conflict without a doubt. And I love that he points out how much easier it is to see those contradictions in others than ourselves.
