i know lots of adults who probably can't put their phones down. I think we've touched on another poor cast, tet. When i was unwell and kind of with my mental health, i found that i did have to take myself off social media completely. And i do feel that that has stood me in good stead. Although it's amazing how many other souc s of mindless time wasting one can fined on the internet. Or even just candovino, reflecive, reflective, checking am for messages or up dates,. which feels, can feel very intrusive on your your personal life and your time that you want to be spending on other things.
