Is There Any Benefit to Cycling Creatine?

There's really no inherent advantage to cycling creatine. I would say it's probably unnecessary for the vast majority of people. If you're eating plenty of protein throughout the day and kind of splitting it up between three to five approximately equal sized meals, you're probably getting what you need out of your dietary protein. Another question, one other thing, de note, losen tastes like shit. Does it really?
