Is There a Cortical Ribbening in DWI?
There's a kind of just faintly increased flare signal in the cortical areas, but kind of diffusily and also even sub-cortical. The other thing, this is again looking not just at flare, but at diffusion-weighted imaging. That cortical ribbening can also raise your concern for Cutsfeld-Jockup's disease. And so here's a guy who was not acting normally, now has some like cortical changes that might kind of rise to my top of the list.
