Only the very best brands, i think, are using opinions and feelings well with their content. So a cliche piece of content, i'll give you example that's in the book. They put out a post that said, you have to stop and smell the roses. And it's cliche because on an emotional level, it doesn't really strike me. It might catch my attention, but it probably won't move the needle.
