How Do You Define Your Horizons?
i think i'm enlisting other people to help you define your own horizons. And the content of those horizons can really valuable exercise. I also thought, super tactically, a looking at my job description periodically, because i don't think i actually do the job as it is described. It's an interesting touchstone and lens to think about things.
