The Last Time I Saw Horatio Alive

On the fourth day of our trek, we found ourselves near the Van Post Glacier. It was 25 miles from the settlement of Long Yerbian. I remember sharing a nip with my friend Horatio, who attended Eaton just as I did. He was a big lad, strong and tough. That night we woke to the sound of screaming. There were screams of fear, screams of rage, but would cut above the mall where the blood curdling stomach churning screams of pure, mortal agony.
