Is PEP 101 Really Up to Date?

Python is getting friendlier for beginners and everyone, especially in Maine's Python. There are new features like exception groups that make the language better. The release process still requires a bunch of manual steps because "life and things happen" It mostly runs automatically, except when you need to fix things manually.
