The Culture of the Team

The culture of the organization is shifting and you may see dramatically different levels of tenure within a team or the organization. Sometimes a violation of our values will trigger these derailing tendencies sometimes that's at the heart of teams that are are struggling. And it sounds like we're seeing that in our NFL example as well.
