I was very driven as a young person. And I was very determined to succeed in a kind of conventional way. As over time and as life, you know, and has unfolded, I think I've become more ambitious for my life as a whole but less ambitious for certain career milestones. You know, I actually, I like you have not necessarily thrived inside organizations. And so I've worked for myself for many years now. And that works for me.
