Airbnb: The Fundamentals of a Successful IPO
Investors need to see how are the earnings growing before they really start to buy and accumulate the shares. Many IPOs do not trade that in fact we found like 78% of them are not liquid enough to trade whereas Airbnb is one of those. Surprisingly we found that if the stock trades less than 20 million a dollars a volume per day that's also a bad indication. You want to see it trading more than that so institutions can get in and get out without changing the price too much.
