The Internet Is Not Necessary for Training

I think that would help people need to shut their phones off a little bit and have more You know in iRL time as the kids call it, right? You need to like live in the moment and training is not Internet exercise. I can look at people in the gym and know they're not gonna be great Because they're so invested in their phone. And when he sees me training my ass off he remembers, you know, I'm retired, but I can still go out there and train, you know what I mean Um, we kind of keep each other and check that way. We just legit. It's such a busy life. Like sometimes that's the that's the joy
