We're meant to live in more of these higher states of being of joy and happiness. So once you work on recognizing, notice what you're noticing, recognize the overwhelm, work on shifting it. One other thing to start shifting the overwhelm is let things for tomorrow be for tomorrow. The next state to access is that living in the flow - accessing the present moment.
