The surveillance sharing thing as we said before it doesn't make that much sense to me also it feels like a completely pretextural or contrived because bitcoin is a global commodity. The notion of surveilling the global market for bitcoin is incoherent if a us based securities regulator is saying they are going to disapprove this commodity ETF unless you the issuer can prove to me that you are surveilling able to surveilled the global spot and futures market that's an impossible to reach threshold right so i trust that whatever you just said about commodity markets was really smart.
