Centrica has committed to creating one new apprenticeship for every day of this decade. In the second quarter of 20 21, we recruited more apprentices than the previous four years combined. By the end of this year, we'll have taken on over a thousand new colleagues. And next year it will probably be seim again. So there's a huge job creation opportunity. This is not an issue of people can install boilers, but you can't install heat pumps. Because by and large, if you can install one, you can install the other. But we do need to train more people. i see this is a massive opportunity.
