A lot of brands that reach a big scale Will sort of separate out their hotmail segment and email those people separately in order to keep this spam rate low everywhere And to keep engagement really high everywhere Yeah, have you ever just separated all of them out aol yahoo hotmail Gmail just to see if you can game the individual engagement rates I have not done that but it's a worthwhile proposition if you have a million people on your email list because then you're like making real changes.
