Stop Arguing to Win and Start Asking Questions to Learn

I love the phrase stop arguing to win and start asking questions to learn. It encompasses a lot of my personal beliefs that, you know, listening to understand doesn't obligate you to agree but listening to understand is actually tremendously powerful. People can tell if you're genuinely interested like if they could tell, I would love to hear more about how you landed on that conclusion. And even if I don't rethink everything, I believe I'm at least rethinking how I go about shoving my beliefs down other people's throats.
