The Republican Establishment Is Not Where Its Constituents Are

The Republican establishment has never supported the sort of like traditional Christian conservative agenda with more than just talking points. That's actually been harmful to like on Dobbs, for instance, because Republicans weren't willing to just be honest about what they actually believe when it comes to abortion. They sounded like morons and people were like, what are you talking? What do you actually do believe? Anything do you want to hide from me what you believe? And that's even worse, electorally than being honest about what you believe.
