The Importance of a Raw Food Diet

I asked every raw food leader in the world, all four of them at the time. What would you do? I'm an athlete. And they all said, well, it'd be a raw food diet, not cooked. We've never done that for an athlete. But now we're finding lots of people desperate enough. Lots of people are realizing that their health is a very important thing. So, for me, eating sweet just became a natural thing. In terms of calories, 85% of my calories come from carbohydrates from fruit.
