The Importance of Preparing for Audition
I prefer not to give the script to my actors, I don't always give it a nod to everyone. Yelena Laudevo who plays Yelena saw the whole film for the first time in Kanan and she was under great impression because she handed no one what was going on outside Vladimir's house. So the actor in theater knows everything in advance, in movies just as in real life, you don't know what is going to happen tomorrow. Just like as in other cases, during auditions we analyze every scene almost like in theater and so on set actors are ready to work on a certain scene.
