Rodrigo Duterte, the Mayor of Murder Town

Rodrigo Duterte is the president of the Philippines. He's been open about his desire to murder drug addicts, mostly users of Shabu or methamphetamine. In the last two years, 118,287 drug users or dealers have been arrested and 1.3 million drug users have turned themselves into the authorities. More than 20,000 people, many of them children, have been killed by mask men on motorcycles.
