I've tasted some of your roasted beans before. They're absolutely phenomenal. What is your process? You've tasted and seen, haven't you? Yeah. So yes, I have a little Baymore 1600. And actually I had a Baymore 1600 but the roaster is somewhere in a landfill,. But I do have another one and it's sitting right here next to me. This is a good segue for design. The fellow that designed this roaster, his name is Joe Beam. He added a new feature into thisroaster that won't allow you to be absent. Because he's probably heard too many stories of fires happening in garages and such in houses.
Jason Ogle shows us how we can all be design superheroes with the right mindset. He reveals how grit trumps talent, every day. He reminds us of the peril that bad leadership and ego can have on a team and organization. He challenges us to never stop fighting for our users. He also inspires us to be a catalyst for our community.
