Was It Your Intention to Join the Family Business?

When you were growing up, was it your intention to join the family business? Early on, no, I wanted to be a veterinarian. As a kid, I really wasn't too fond to be working at the zoo. But after graduating from law school, that uncle was involved in an accident and was very suddenly unable to perform his role at the business. And you know, the real world kind of dawned on me.And I saw what our family business meant to so many people.
