Do You Have a Positioning Issue?

If your positioning is weak, it's gonna torpedo your metrics all the way across. If you've got a product that's in markets, you have happy customers that renew with you. But there's something going on that these new prospects coming in, getting all the way through to a first sales call, just aren't getting it. That difference between what a happy existing customer knows and what a new prospect on a first Sales Call knows is called positioning. Most companies do not position deliberately but rather by using email chat or other forms of social media for lead generation.
