Are You a Talented Marketer?

You use it as part of your interview process to know if it's a company that you want to work for. Companies are getting crushed because they can't hire people on time, or they can't hiring good talent. People have hired put a c r o in charge of marketing as a need jerk reaction to the poor sales and marketing alignment issues. The correct solution would be to fix fuck in marketing, as that's what the the real one is. Fix the mind side of the company, what marketing should be doing, and then fix marketing, and the whole thing solves itself. For me, i'm a strong marketer but never executed marketing before. They've made some really bad decisions
