The idea was that they've been sending s m s to a lot of customers, and what if we can come up with a cluster of customers that tends to respond berrer to s m s? And how do we come up with that cluster?" Plavla: In the ing situation, one of the things we did was create new hypotheses on what could look like fraud in our government procurement webside. We then corded them out to create new data, which was based on those hypothesised by feature engineering.
