He says employees can now self-direct their unused PTO or paid time off, which could have been used for vacations and 401k contributions. The idea came about when he left Cisco because they were paying him out all his accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) James: How do you support those transitions within the workforce? And this came really prevalent because we have five generations in the workforce.
