Accelerated Approvals for Gene Therapies
Peter Marks is advocating for more use of accelerated approvals in the context of gene therapies. I think a lot of these are received bode well for approval. My own suspicion is that they'll pull an amulex in the sense of ensuring that the company agrees to withdraw the product from the market if the confirmatory trial fails.
