This movie is a who done it in a lot of ways. Ned, we're introduced to Ned hitting on Kevin Bacon's girlfriend as Kevin Bacon is making out with her. And then later he does that racist and he shoots at her and then he suddenly becomes Humphrey Bogart. Later on, storming the Capitol, later on, later he fakes his drowning and elaborately so.
