Should We Subsidize People With Bachelor's Degrees?
Most of the wealth in the United States is already owned with people with a bachelor's degree. If you lower the cost of a student loan, that puts more money in the pockets of students and increases their willingness to pay. And if you increase somebody's willingness to pay in a monopoly situation, which many colleges are, colleges will raise tuition.
