New Zealand's Housing Cost Problem

Even with low population density, New Zealand still has a housing problem. So how do we solve it? Well, let's start by talking about the zoning and land use planning. And then we can talk about how George's solution is also necessary. My argument is that this yimby movement of upzoning to allow more housing in the places we're visiting. It's the opposite of nimbyism.
