The Power of Leader Humility - What's Your Greatest Challenge?

People sometimes don't understand what i mean by humility, and that they thinkof a humility as meekness or weakness. That can be inconsistent with the idea of a leader who needs to be strong. The other big challenge i've had is some people who are in the game of leadership because they have big egos. They want to dominate and a, you know, sort of throw their weight around. And so if they would make a change in that behavior even a bit, it can make such a difference for an organization.
