Do You Have Any Advice for Morea Aged People?

You're far more likely to see sports recruiters out there than te company recruiters. It's not about finding an 18 year old t it's about finding a ten year old, a 12 year old and going, hey, this is what the future can look like. Do you have any advice for a morea aged people? I think just by talking to people one on one, they can make much more of an impact than they think they can. And i think that's the to me, i don't think people realize how affirming having these interactions can be.
