I love that three step framework. A couple follod questions. Going back to your last point, i feel like your s about making sure that first one or two hires are your strongest hire. That's almost your pipe line, your leadership pipe. Lan, i don't find that always to be the case. And how teams are formed, a lot of times it's hay, what function o we need first? So we need to hire, our first hir needs to be a softerin engineer. Or an administrative assistant,. Often those rolls, i imagine, tend to not be this general, manager, leader type person that can hold the culture together. Were there trade offs there
