Madison has never really had a huge interest in office, I guess. But it is kind of likely over the next year or so that office owners are going to be in a pretty tight spot. And very few office buildings actually work when you really look at the economics of that deal. Some of the opportunities will really be around conversions to other conversions to rental housing, conversions to condo, conversions to student housing. It's not as easy as one would think.
