Do You Want Monoliths or Micro Services?

It takes about 12 people to run a micro service. If you are at a three persons start up and thinking, ha, that sounds like a lot of people, you want a monolith. And if you push everything into yamel files and i and i files and cloud a pis, what does your development environment look like anymere? It really depends on the question of how big do you want your service to be?
