i wonder how much of an impact having a race in the diary has on exasperating thoughts. I think i just this time round, i'm really keen to still do the half. It definitely does build my anxiety levels a little bit. But it also sometims helps me to feel quite purposeful and like i've got something to push towards that makes me feel quite well.
