What Are Some of the Challengers, Blockers or Great Things That Are Already Happening in Our Organization?
We did a huge deep dive on other whole of organization strategies. And we'd stilled all that down, honestly, thousands of post notes. So our five branches are learning culture, development, partnership, technology and the centre for learning and development. We were really considered about every single word that's in those valued propositions there is already important. It's not for a very specific audience. We're tring to do the right thing alll qrot across the board. That includes spending money realy effectively, ficiently,. helping people to m have things fastr or things better.
