Sam, sam will summarize the insight s as insight into the illusoriness of the self. Self understood to mean a very specific thing: this moment to moment perceptual sense of there being a subject behind your eyes,. thinker of thoughts, experience, or of experience, willer of willed actions. But so yet, that's the sense of self thatthat he considers illusory. So from the standpoint of feeling like a subject, paying attention to moment o moment sensations, you want to have insight into what are called the three characteristics o impermanence, a, unsatisfactoriness, or suffering, and and not self.
