The Risk of Artificial General Intelligence
There was a consensus that once we discovered language, or sorry, in order to discover language, it would be what they call an AI complete problem. Well, turns out that we figured out language and we ain't fucking anywhere near general intelligence. So if anything, what has told us is that intelligence itself is far more complex and broad than just language. It ties back to what we said earlier about like projecting too hard in the short term and, you know, too long in the long term.
