How to Survive a Crap
I practice a lot of mindfulness as well, so it's like meditation and relaxation techniques. So I think kind of those two things, as well as my medication, are really helping me just stay where I am, just stabilize. Just treating myself to like a nice bubble bath or go and get my nails done and my hair done. It's sort of another kind of social thing as well. Like I had pink hair last year and I think that was just because I was having a really lightness time. But yeah, just sort of just acknowledging what you're doing every day. You're doing great, just keep up.
