Do You Ever Do a CSE?

Mike Jacklin said that she sometimes does do either an epidural alone or a DPE. Jacqueline, do there any additional times where you might do a regular epidural as opposed to a CSE? I would like to say since I completed my anesthesia fellows that were really at the start, I never do a straight epidural ever. The only time is if, for example, myself or a resident, unintended drill puncture and for whatever reason, the threaded interstitical catheter failures and we have to go to replays,. then I'll do astraight epidural. But barring that circumstance, I don't like giving the patient something that they're going to like the
