Do You Ever Do a CSE?

Mike Jacklin said that she sometimes does do either an epidural alone or a DPE. Jacqueline, do there any additional times where you might do a regular epidural as opposed to a CSE? I would like to say since I completed my anesthesia fellows that were really at the start, I never do a straight epidural ever.
