Energy Majors - Should We Take This as an Encouraging Sign?
I think the fact that you're seeing serious capital invested is a good sign. You can certainly make that argument about some of the capital expenditure percentages between exploration and new kind of next generation projects but when people are spending money it's usually a sign of expectation of return. But also there are other side market pressures that we're seeing right now and that's going to be less certain kind of conditions for their traditional markets too.
