When we view learning as a finite game, then what we're doing is we learn to take the test for the grade. I want to learn because I want to be the best version of myself so that I can contribute even more to the world and the lives of the people around me. We know what happens in the extreme when we approach learning with a finite mindset. It was all transactional. It was about achievement and status.
