When you go without food for an extented peried of time, it gives you incredible mental clarity and focus. People who fast periodically, on a regular basis, i think they live longer. If you fast more than three or four days, then it trigures a process called autophogy in the body,. In which the body starts destroying all the damaged cells, dead cells, cenescent cells, diseased cells, pre canceros cells. So that's good for the body. It makes te skin look good. There are obviously some side effects. You cannot lose weight, significant amounts of weight in a short speriod of time. But overall, it's a very positive thing
