Do you need to have that one person who is just so single-mindedly focused on driving innovation? That's a great question. I do not believe it should be an individual. You can have someone who orchestrates, someone who facilitates and creates the conditions for success. But if you can't mobilize the organization to get it done, it's not going to get anywhere.
