How Do We Know if We've Solved for It?

Good ideas for features for products come from everywhere. They come from observing someone using their product. And so we go back to that framework. What used to be, what would happen is that sometimes some one would say, e have got a great idea for a product. We should do x. Ill, before we get into thinking about x, what is x? Is x? You know, how should you o implement x, or what should it like? That's where the first question that youe just quoted kind of came in. Instead of focusing the solution, we first need to ask ourselves, well, what problem are people having? and let's just make sure we really understand that
