The richest and widest part of atlanta, a neighborhood called buckhead, is trying to make its own city. Alver porter advised them, and if they ceed, they'll walk away with forty per cent of atlantas tax revenue. Mapleton, a mostly black and brown community that's also trying to declare city hood trades on the same model. If mapleton becomes a city, it'll be the opposite dynamic, a less well off, mostly black and Brown community separating from the whiter county that surrounds it.
