Is it when I make mistakes? Or if i catch myself going into a fix, my set, i want to ask questions and listen. So those ere somethings that we can do. Something else that's really powerful that i am a big fano is what i call stem habits. Stem habits are stable habits that enable other habits to form or change. That helps me live life practively, rather than reactively, right
