As adults, it is helpful to learn about said. And then reflect on when might i be in afix my sead and what kinds of things tend to trigger me into a fix mi sead. Is it when i receive feet bact? Is it when I make mistakes? Or if i catch myself going into a fix, my set, i want to ask questions and listen. So those ere somethings that we can do. Something else that's really powerful that i am a big fano is what i call stem habits. Stem habits are stable habits that enable other habits to form or change. That helps me live life practively, rather than reactively, right
